Meet our panellists:

Kerttu Inkeroinen, is Marketing and E-commerce Director of Lucky Saint, the UK’s #1 dedicated alcohol-free beer. Kerttu has worked in consumer goods for over 18 years, starting her career working with household-name brands of Kimberly-Clark (Kleenex, Andrex and Huggies) before moving on to journey through drinks sector: from The Coca-Cola Company leaping into the world of scale up at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee, before joining Lucky Saint in 2022. She was on the Forbes Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMO list in 2025, was selected as one of Marketing Week’s Top 100 most Effective Marketeers in 2023 and 2024 and is a judge for Marketing Week, The Drum and IPA Effectiveness Awards. Lucky Saint won the Brand of The Year by Marketing Society in 2023, as well as The Grocer Drinks Brand of the year.

Ramona Hazan, founder of Ramona’s Kitchen, grew up in a Mediterranean family where food was about celebration with colourful, aromatic dishes passed around during the hubbub of eating. What first started 20 years ago in Ramona’s small home kitchen (with an even smaller blender) has now grown to the business you see today in a much larger kitchen (with many, many blenders) specialising in Houmous & Falafel based on her family’s traditional recipes with a contemporary twist. Today, RAMONA’S Heavenly Houmous is the UK’s No 1 Houmous brand, winning many prestigious awards and driving new shoppers to the category.

Dominique Woolf is a food writer and founder of the award-winning brand Woolf’s Kitchen, inspired by her Thai roots. She won The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver in 2022 and published her second cookbook, The Asian Pantry, last year with Penguin. Her chilli oils, sauces and pastes are stocked with Ocado, Co-op, Delli and independents.

Rebecca Ghim is the cofounder of The Ferm, the UK’s first zero-waste vegan kimchi brand and one of the few proudly Korean-owned ones. Raised in Gwangju, South Korea, Rebecca combines her heritage and culinary expertise to create bold, gut-friendly ferments made from rescued ingredients. Since launching The Ferm, she has led a rebrand, built an in-house manufacturing site, and won multiple Great Taste Awards, all while championing sustainability and cultural diversity in the UK food scene.

Allie Mount, is Marketing Communications Manager at Gusbourne, one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wine producers. With over a decade in luxury marketing, Allie has built a career around shaping brand identity, leading creative campaigns and forging high-profile partnerships. She began her career at James Purdey & Sons, a maison of the Richemont group, where she rose through the ranks to lead global marketing initiatives, from international brand activations to collaborations with brands such as Montblanc, Bentley and Panerai. Since joining Gusbourne in 2019, she has played a central role in shaping the brand’s identity, driving creative campaigns and championing premium storytelling that resonates with audiences worldwide.
