We held an inspiring panel discussion on how to optimise your hormone health with the right diet, exercise and lifestyle habits! 

Women in the Food Industry, The Ethical Deli Market from Todelli &  FUTURE WOMAN brought you another sustainable and healthy breakfast club event at the social impact private member’s club The Conduit in Covent Garden! It was the place to discover how to optimise your hormonal health across different decades of your life.

Women are not small men! We need our own approach to food and exercise that’s supportive of our hormones, even if we’re not trying to get pregnant. Whether you’re struggling with PMS, perimenopause, PCOS, fertility issues or just aren’t feeling your best, this event is for you.

Moderated by our co-founder Mex Ibrahim, our Optimise Your Hormone Health panellists included:

Francesca Lyon is lead nutritionist and co-founder at FUTURE WOMAN. She graduated from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine and is a nutritionist, naturopath and medical herbalist. Francesca specialises in women’s hormones, with a particular focus on fertility and ovulatory disorders. She manages a team of expert nutritionists at FUTURE WOMAN and regularly teaches other practitioners how to support their female clients with their hormones.

Korin Nolan, Founder of Power Pilates UK and Dynamic Pilates TV, is a leader in Dynamic Pilates with over twenty years of experience. She opened her Pilates studio in South East London in 2014 and co-launched Dynamic Pilates TV in 2018, offering on-demand classes to members in over 70 countries. During lockdown, she introduced Circuit Strength Pilates, blending Pilates, strength training, and HIIT. Korin, co-author of “How to Cook in High Heels,” shares quick, healthy recipes tailored for women over forty.

Dr. Ruqia Zafar has been an NHS GP for 12 years and trained as a nutritionist in 2018. She is also a functional medicine practitioner, nutritional therapist, and Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner & hypnotherapist. Specialising in perimenopause, she is the medical director for FUTURE WOMAN’s brand new BHRT clinic.

Jenny Tschiesche, Cookery book author and nutritionist Jenny is a sports fanatic who first discovered a passion for nutrition when she was 14 years old. As an ex national field hockey player, Jenny is passionate about sport. Through her work she also regularly consults and educates elite athletes and their families on the right mix of healthy and nutritious meals to achieve peak performance. She focuses on corporate wellbeing, sports nutrition and family health.

Jenny has a genuine passion for what she does which shines through whenever she presents, she is now also a published author of five cookery books, including two designed for the hugely popular Instant Pot and her Sunday Times Bestseller – Air Fryer Cookbook.
