We’ve teamed up with our friends at Cookery School at Little Portland Street to bring you discounted tickets to their brand new series of monthly events. Conversations Around the Cookery School Table is the place to enjoy lively discussions, networking with like-minded food lovers, and, as with all events and classes at Cookery School, the opportunity to taste some of their delicious food and enjoy organic wine.
Their next event All I want for Christmas is Artisan Cheese takes place on Monday November 25th from 6pm-8.30pm and the panel will be discussing what makes artisan cheese so good & some of the best ways to serve at Christmas.
The fascinating panel of expert speakers will be hosted by writer & cheese podcaster Jenny Linford. The panel includes 3rd generation cheese maker Mary Quicke considered the godmother of artisan cheese, Bronwen Percival, Technical Director of Cheese at Neal’s Yard Dairy, 2nd generation cheese maker Jonny Crickmore of Fen Farm Dairy and Joe Schneider of Stichelton.
