What are the Membership Fees?
Annual membership is £25 and for women under 25 or students, it’s £10.
How to I tell you my story?
Please email us with your food story and 3 to 4 high res images and we’ll let you know what we can do for you.
How do I get a feature in your online magazine?
Email us with a press release and we’ll run it by our editorial team and let you know.
I’d like to know more about your advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
We have a rate card which we can send to you just email us.
How do I meet other women in the food industry?
We have a large network of contacts so we are normally able to connect women with other women in their industry so just talk to us.
How do cancel my membership?
Your memberships is set on auto-renew but you can easily turn-off the auto renew in your profile area, in which case you will be sent a reminder when your membership is due. Please have a look at our membership terms and conditions.
How do I get a refund?
You can cancel and get a full refund anytime up until 14 days after signing up as a member.
Can I tell you about my new food venture / product?

I’d like some help with research and development, branding and marketing?
We can offer professional help and advice, very often for free.
MEMBERS SERVICES
WOMEN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY ( known as WIFI ) is committed to providing quality Member Services and shall:
a. establish, make available and support women in the food industry by building a community and supporting all our members;
b. undertake, promote and make available research and developments in the food industry public policy and other information services;
c. provide access to internal and external discounted member benefits, and concessions subject to the relevant terms and conditions; and
d. establish, develop and maintain links with other bodies and organisations at local, national and international level; including the provision of free and paid for events and online communities and discussion forums;
e. promotion of members profiles (where appropriate) professional and personal in order to showcase talent and encourage growth and development within the industry.
Membership Term
Your membership is valid for the Membership Term, which is 12 months.
Membership Fees
Membership of WIFI is conditional upon the payment of the appropriate subscription fee.
Members are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees following termination or cancellation of membership
Your membership is on a auto renew system and will renew on the date of purchase. You can unsubscribe from this service in which case you will be sent a reminder when your membership is due.
WIFI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge additional fees to renew membership after the Renewal Date.
Where any subscription payable by the Member is not paid by the Renewal Date, your membership shall be deemed to have lapsed. The Member will be served with notice allowing the Member 28 days from the Renewal Date to make the necessary payment (the ‘Grace Period’).
During the Grace Period, WIFI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw or suspend access to any Member Services.
At the expiry of the Grace Period, any membership for which membership fees have not been received in full by WIFI shall be terminated and the Member will lose the right to use any of our services or benefits.
Right to cancel Membership

Membership Termination.
A Member shall cease to be a Member:
a. on the expiry of 28 days’ notice;
b. if any subscription or other sum payable by the Member is not paid by the due date and remains unpaid 28 days after notice has been served on the Member by WIFI informing the Member that membership will be terminated if it is not paid;
c. if WIFI resolves that the Member be expelled. Such a resolution shall not be passed unless the Member has been given not less than 14 days’ notice of the fact that the resolution is to be proposed, specifying the misconduct or circumstances alleged to justify expulsion, and has been afforded a reasonable opportunity of being heard by or of making written representations to the founders;
d. Any Member who ceases to be a Member in accordance with the above, shall remain liable for all subscriptions and any other sums due from the Member up to and including the date when s/he ceases to be a Member.
Membership Rejection
An application for membership shall be determined by the co-founders, which may in its absolute discretion decline to accept an applicant as a Member.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
