Our latest newsletter from Women in The Food Industry has news of all of our events for International Women’s Day – our biggest programme of events ever including our first event in Yorkshire. We are holding a number of events in the week leading up to International Women’s Day to celebrate what women have achieved but also to raise awareness that there is still a long way to go!

WOMEN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY ARE COMING TO YORKSHIRE!
We are excited to announce that a founding group of incredible women – Colette Safhill, Karen Fewell, Cara Houchen, Adel Gascoigne & Juli Thompson are bringing together some of Yorkshire’s most accomplished women in food and drink. This new event will feature an exceptional line-up of speakers, each sharing their personal journey to success and we are looking forward to more events in Yorkshire in the future.
The first-ever Women in the Food Industry (WIFI) Yorkshire event is set to be an inspiring and empowering gathering and we want to give a big thanks to The Grand, York for being our hosts.

The series is now in its 20th year and Michelin-starred Lorna McNee joins the judging panel.
