Anna Chalov

Anna Chalov is the Co-Founder of Bemuse Limited, a B Corp-certified company that produces innovative non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternatives made with honey and all-natural, biodiversity-boosting ingredients. Bemuse emphasizes sustainability and ethical practices by sourcing ingredients that support bee populations and ecosystems. She was recognized as one of the top 10 Highly Commended entrepreneurs on The Telegraph and NatWest’s 100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch list for her achievements. Anna champions female-led businesses, sharing insights on impact-driven entrepreneurship, highlighting barriers women face such as limited access to funding and networks and advocating for inclusivity to foster greater innovation.

Toni - Amandla Wine

Toni Osoba is a passionate voice at the intersection of wine, culture, and community. She is a Brand Ambassador for AMANDLA, a bold, Black female-founded and run wine brand that champions representation, excellence, and empowerment in the drinks space. She is also the founder of Toni’s Wine Club, an events-led business curating vibrant and inclusive wine experiences designed to make the wine world more welcoming and joyful.

Through her work, Toni has advised independent brands on go-to-market strategies, hosted sold-out wine tastings across the UK, and recently appeared on national television, championing a more fun, inclusive, and culturally relevant approach to wine.

Camille Vidal

Founder of the mindful drinking brand and creative consultancy La Maison Wellness, Camille Vidal has spent her career as a consultant and global brand ambassador most notably for St- Germain and the Bacardi family of brands. She is internationally recognised as a leading voice in the drinks industry and now combines her craft and expertise into the no/low ABV category. Vidal, and La Maison Wellness are now focused on their own mindful mission to guide brands and organisations to drink well and elevate wellbeing and mindfulness in hospitality and wellness.

Native to the South of France, Vidal is highly inspired by the French Joie de vivre. These days, you will find her travelling the world as an advocate for mindful drinking, cocktail creator, keynote speaker, creative consultant, yoga & meditation teacher and wellness supporter empowering people to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Author of two books How To Drink French Fluently and How To Spritz French, her expertise in the industry has helped her grow the home of the healthy hedonist and inspiration for living well; La Maison Wellness.

Mex Ibrahim

Mex Ibrahim is passionate about gender equality, co-founding Women in the Food Industry in 2019. The organisation supports women across the food sector, advocating for equality, inclusion, and leadership opportunities, and empowering women to achieve their career goals in the industry.

With expertise in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and ethical eating, Mex is a trustee of School Food Matters, a member of the Guild of Food Writers, sits on the advisory board of New Food Magazine and is an associate of the Royal Society of Public Health. Mex also runs her own successful freelance business in social media, content creation, and digital strategy.
