Come along to this demo and have your preconceptions about Indian cooking totally de-bunked, it doesn’t need to be simmering over a stove for 2 days, you don’t need loads of onion and oil and not everything has to be fried. Anjula will be sharing tips and tricks throughout, and sharing her heartfelt motivations for writing the book.
