Female Future Gazers Panel Discussion – 18th September 2025

As part of The Future of Food Festival hosted across Regent’s Street & St James’s from 15 – 21 September 2025, you can enjoy a fantastic line-up of carefully curated, one-off ticketed events focused around sustainability, innovation and creativity. Celebrating those at the vanguard of sustainability in the food and drink industry, discover how pioneers are working together to create a more prosperous future of food.  Our co-founder is delighted to take part in an inspiring panel-led conversation exploring the role of women in food and sustainability on 18th September.

Begin the evening with a welcome cocktail from Sapling Spirits or a non-alcoholic big sipping aperitivo from Botivo including a selection of canapés from award-winning Michelin Green Star chef, Chantelle Nicholson. Delve into a hosted discussion featuring Sheila Dillon (BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme) and expert panellists Mex Ibrahim (Co-founder of Women in the Food Industry), Chantelle Nicholson (multi-award winning chef, author of Planted cookbook and Chef Owner of Apricity in Mayfair), Imme Ermgassen (Botivo co-founder) and food consultants, Harris and Hayes.

The event includes a Q&A session and post-event networking.
