Women in the Food Industry co-founder Mex Ibrahim on Black Cat Radio

Food education, imposter syndrome, equality, social media platforms, sustainability are just a few of the topics Mex Ibrahim co-founder of Women in the Food Industry covered in conversation with Jenny Jefferies on Black Cat Radio.

Mex Ibrahim on Black Cat Radio talks to Jenny Jefferies about some of the great work School Food Matters, (she is a Trustee of this charity) are doing around food education, and a successful crowd-funder for school gardens, so that kids get an understanding of where food comes from, & projects where they go on to sell the fruit & vegetables grown to Borough Market.

She also discusses some of their campaigning work with youth organisations like Bite Back on restricting the marketing of junk food to children
